I initially went to Dr. Elias for teeth cleaning and a few months later I went back to get a cap for my front side tooth. She told me to whiten my teeth for two weeks and then come back and we would order the porcelain tooth. When I came back she already ordered the tooth two shades whiter than my teeth and she wanted me to buy a $300 whitening kit from her. I said I can't afford that to cancel my tooth but she said it already came in and if I wanted another tooth I would have to pay for it.. and on top of this she broke my post...charged me for it.
I would recommend not going to this dentist she lies and she charges to much.
About Front Desk: Front desk was unprofessional and had an attitud. They had to keep asking the doctor what to do.
About Hygienist: I really like the hygienist but one thing I dislike very much she looked at my benefits and she said right in front of me to the dentist Dr. Elias she has a high savings for spending. ..they ended up charging me more for my cleaning. Not recommend her or this place!
