About Hygienist: If I could give this dentist 0 stars I would. This dentist was a nightmare. The hygienist I had was VERY judgmental and more lectured me than encourage me to take better care of my teeth. The hygienist said she had to use a drill on my teeth due to the plaque build up. I said that's fine because I don't floss. She used the drill and then politely told me she couldn't "clean" my teeth (use the powered toothbrush or fluoride) because of how much stuff she scraped away. She said my gums were inflammed and that I would need at least two weeks for healing before they could actually clean my teeth! I called off work to go to this dentist appointment to have my teeth cleaned and all I got was a scraping! What a crock! I was so mad I told the hygienist I didn't want my teeth even looked at by the doctor and that I just wanted to leave. She told me to hold on and got the doctor to look at my teeth after I told her I didn't want him looking!!! I told the doctor he was not sticking his tools or hands in my mouth and the doctor asked why? I told him the above reason and he acted dumbfounded. Oh, and the drill they used.... $51 dollars and the hygienist was supposed to tell me that my insurance didn't cover it. So while I shouldn't have had a co-pay, I had to pay $51 dollars for them to not even clean my teeth! What a horrible experience!! And another story with them, my wife went there and was told she had 12 cavities!!!! My wife was shocked and before she scheduled another appointment for the cavities she went to seek advice from another dentist. This dentist told her she had no cavities! What a shocker huh?! Avoid this dentist at all costs. All they want is your money and will lie and cheat to get more money in their pockets!!
