Very Good Dentist.
Very courteous, work is extremely professional and lasting.
The facilities are modern, the equipment is new. We found his prices to be competitive.

Dr. Lavigna is a very professional dentist. His service and care are excellent. His office staff is friendly and accomodating. It is clear that patient's come first in this office. I was very pleased with my care.

Dr. Lavigna was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. His staff was very welcoming. He has been my dentist for more than 4 years and I have had a pleasant experience every time. My father was an oral surgeon, so I am aware of dental services and results. My father and I were always impressed by his work. There was a time when i was unable to pay my bills, so Dr. Lavigna and Betty were gracious enough to give me a fair and reasonable payment plan. I give Dr. Lavinga and his team a thumbs up!

I was a patient of Dr. William Lavigna. It was a terrible experience each time I had an appointment. He was always running extremely late. No apologies or anything. He had a horrible chairside manor. He was very arrogant. On almost each occasion he would snap and yell at an assistant or office worker. One time he became violent and threw an instrument against the wall and it almost came back and hit me. Lavigna acted as if nothing happened. The appointments with Dr. Lavigna made me very nervous and I was stressed going in there. It is bad enough going to the dentist, but his demeanor made it even worse. He needs to see someone because his violent behavior is not only unprofessional but indicative of an unstable personality. I would never return to Lavigna DDS.
I have since been to another dentist. He is wonderful. He has a very pleasant personality and is calming and skilled. It is a pleasure going to the dentist now.

The doctor and his staff were very rude and not patient service oriented at all. The doctor was running over an hour behind and no one even advised the patients in the waiting room. Once in the chair, the doctor left the room numerous times, once he was in the hallway screaming at I think an employee which was very unprofessional and I would NEVER return to this dentist nor recommend anyone to him. I switche to his colleague, Dr. Joe Leon at a different location and was very pleased with him however. The billing was incorrect and it took over 4 months for it to be resolved. The person who supposedly was handling it, Betty , was not only rude but extremely incompetent and left a very bad taste in my mouth again with this office. The only way my bill was resolved was due to Joe Leon.
