Dr. Laile is a very honest, down-to-earth, genuine doctor. Unlike any other dentistry practice I've ever been to, he is more concerned with your teeth than your wallet. He doesn't do anything that he is not 100% certain needs to be done, and cares about his patients and practice. When I had a questionable toothache, he got a second opinion before making any recommendation. I've never felt so respected by any doctor...medical, dental, or otherwise. His staff is efficient and they are not fake or pushy. Dr. Laile will get what needs to be done, done without any pressure to do and spend, charge more.

Dr. Laile knows his stuff but is quick to discuss work of previous dentists in a negative light. I've left feeling guilty that I trusted another dentist to do what she thought best 20 years ago. Not good.
However, he has NEVER caused me pain (filling replaced and he patiently waited until I was NUMB without overkill). I was able to get a replacement filling done on my lunch break.
A problem my spouse and I agree on is that he seems to have the idea that money isnt' an issue when it comes to elective procedures or referrals. The referrals we received are no where near his office or where we live, and none have ever been in our insurance plan. If he wasn't so great with my two children and my dentist'shy spouse, I would seek a more financially understanding dentist.
About Hygienist: Great team! Always treat you with respect, great with children and my dentist--shy spouse. The office manager, Marilyn, is kind and patient, and can schedule miracles. The office also has a "first available" choice when scheduling appointments in case another appointment cancels. There is always something to read in the waiting area, and parking behind the building has never been a problem.

I find the staff and Dr to be both friendly and knowledgable in their individual fields. No long waits, always a needed freeby for patients!
