I had four wisdom teeth removed by. Dr. Edwards. At first, the pain was unbearable. I had received pain medicine from him; however, I had 2 dry sockets develop. When I called in after 4 days to tell him my pain was worsening, he told me to take ibuprofen and it will go away. The 6 day, I was in excruciating pain. He had me come in and discovered I had an infection. He packed my dry sockets and told me he wouldn't give me any more pain medicine. He thought I was a drug seeker... but my infection and dry sockets must not have necessitated any pain management. I hate taking pain medicine and the pain medication he was given me was making me nauseated... but the nausea was more bearable than any pain. It made me angry that he does not care about your pain level or your well being..... as long as he is paid, he is smooth sailing. The pain went away in about two weeks, but work, personal life, and daily tasks were unbearable. I have never had this bad of an experience at any dental facility.
About Front Desk: Initially, they were polite. Did not really go out of the way to welcome me into the office after I asked him to do something about my pain though.

About Hygienist: My hygienist was fine. I heard her advocating for my pain level with the dentist, but he was not hearing it.

Most every time my family had a dental visit, there was an effort to push more services or treatment. Before we knew it, we'd be ushered to the business/finance person to go over costs.

Nice facilities. Excellent Customer Service. Relatively minor discomfort. Focus is on patient comfort. Insurance billing handled professionally. Flexible appointments and easy rescheduling.

Dr. Tim is a really nice guy. Does a great job and the hygenists are always very pleasant to be around. Pain is always limited and responded to in a rapid fashion. The pricing is a little bit higher than some dental groups but the atmosphere (t.v.'s in every area and the latest in X-ray etc. make the extra cost acceptable.) Service has always been quick with relatively short wait times, 20 minutes being the longest. The results have been great with only modern methods used... no more silver fillings.
