Dr. Krupka has taken ownership of my family's teeth, since 2002. He has always been professional and when issues occurred, he offered several choices as resolution, and then made his recommendation for which one to follow.
I never question his integrity, and fully believe he never performs any unnecessary work. About 10 years ago, we were discussing a previous dentist putting a silver filling in one of my upper teeth. He advised me that the filling would expand and contract with heat and cold. This would eventually cause a hairline fracture in the tooth, that would require a crown to correct. For the last 5 years, I have questioned the need for a crown. He has consistently told me that although I will need one, I don't need one yet.
Lastly, there was an incident at my son's school, where he broke-off his two front teeth. I called Trish (The office manager) and she said Dr Krupka had already left for the day. When I explained the situation, she put me on hold and called Dr Krupka. He immediately returned to meet us at the office and take care of my son. He has a true passion about caring for his patients. That's something rarely found these days.
If you give DR. Krupka a try, you will definitely be glad that you did.
About Front Desk: Trish is always professional and couteous when I go to Dr Krupka's office. Billing always matches my pre-treatment estimates and whenever I have questions about my bill, she is always friendly, helpful and always willing to explain everything.
