Front crowns - corner cracked off crown and it continues to deteriorate after just 2 1/2 years. Dr. Blair would not even call back after charging for filling the corner and that cracked off after one day. Do not use this dentist.

Dr. Blair is wonderful. I've had much work done, including front crowns and a parital denture. He took all the time needed to make sure I understood my options and was happy with the results. He makes you feel very relaxed and makes sure each procedure in painless. He is also very accommodating during emergencies. His staff is also very good. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Blair's website identified that they accept my dental insurance company. It wasn't until I received my insurance Explanation of Benefits that I discovered Dr. Blair only accepts PPO from my dental insurance company, while I have DMO.
I feel that their customer service could have clarified this insurance difference when they made a photocopy of my insurance card. Instead, I needed to pay the full amount out-of-pocket since my insurance did not cover their services.
