Dr. Ross gave me a root canal and missed the root and drilled into my bone, resulting in an infection. I kept going back for fluid leaking out of my gum for months. he said it would get better, it didn't. I went to a specialist and he almost flipped out when he discovered what Dr. Ross had done to me. I believe he has an unethical side to him and shouldn't be allowed to practice dentistry. After the specialist Dr. Fox wrote him a scathing letter he reinbursed me all the money I had gave him to basically torture me. I had another tooth that had a root canal before the previous one mentioned, it was found out to be drilled too short, both of these teeth are next to one another and were crowned after the procedures, both teeth had to be removed by an oral surgeon and every day I am reminded of what he did to me, I am only able to eat on one side of my mouth now.I would really have liked to forgive him for what he has done to me but I can't, I often accidentally bite my tongue or inside cheek because my gums are now receding and causing pinch points in my mouth, nobody in their right mind could forget the person who did that through their negligence.

Dr. Ross truely cares for his patiences. He has friendly and concerned hygentist. I will go there as long as I have teeth.

Very little pain, very comforting staff. Answers any type of question you may have with no attitudes. Friendly and helpful reception. They work with your insurance. Not very expensive. No one likes the dentist but since you have to go, this would be the one to see!

Very calming, pleasent atmosphere. Very family friendly. As affordable as any family dentist. Updated equipment. Dr. Ross is an excellent, and very experienced Dr. Easy to talk to with any problems, honest, and professional. All my major work that has been done at his office ( which is alot) has been almost painless. Most important I have never witnessed any pain or problems with his work after leaving the office weeks to months later. :)

I find the atmosphere at the office of Dr. Ross to be quite relaxed. I have had one dentist in the past who ran the equivalent of an assembly shop with six chairs and one hygenist and one dentist jumping from room to room. I was so pleased to find the change with the staff and facilities of Dr. Ross and very pleased with his dentistry skills. Now the entire family has switched to Dr. Ross. Highly recommended.
