Bob, Brenda & Molly have been taking care of my familie's dental needs for years. They are knowledgeable, skilled & have great bedside manners. I recommend them without reservation.
The office staff is friendly & helpful. If they don't know the answer to your insurance question, they will work with your insurance company or employer to get you the answer. I've never had an insurance issue.
About Hygienist: I've made the rounds, but Linda is my favorite (if you like a talker). over the years I've only been unhappy with one or two hygienists.

Love Dr. Bertsch! He's very honest and forward about things which is what I like to see. All of his staff are wonderful. I hope he continues to practice dentistry as long as I have teeth!

Drs. Bob & Brenda Bertsch are wonderful. They are a caring and knowledgable husband-wife dentistry team. They are interested in each of their patients in a warm and personal way. All of our procedures - whether regular cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns, root canals (I have notoriously weak teeth- have been excellent.
I tend to be a "baby" about dental procedures, and Drs. Bertsch have always made sure I am comfortable and feeling no pain... even to stop mid-procedure and administer more novocaine if needed.
The hygienists and front desk gals have been friendly and professional. They have been very knowledgable about our insurance plan and have made it so easy for us to pay our part.
All in all, I recommend these 2 to everyone looking for a new dentist. They're amazing!
