I would just like to inform you that my fiance Clara had many procedures done at your office. one of the procedures was a crown on bottom right back tooth. It was performed less than a year ago. While Clara was eating, the crown fell out. we then when to a dentist In Mesa AZ where we live now and the new dentist informed us that the crown was not permanently bonded to the tooth, the crown had temporary glue or bonding material. The new dentist then said, this was not bonded correctly thats why it just fell out while eating. We paid over $1200.00 for the crown, to say the least, we are very upset that Dr. Streem did not take the time to properly bond the crown permanently. Our new dentist was amazed that the crown lasted that long with out falling out sooner... not to mention the horrible experience we had with accounts payable person...
