I went to Dr. Spann for a routine cleaning. He recommended a new crown because he said I had a cavity behind the crown. When I asked how this was possible, he never gave me a straight answer. The cavity turned out to be not on the crown tooth but next to it. He never explained this and I ended up replacing the crown resulting in enormous pain when it was perfectly normal and did not need replacing. I found his staff to be terrible with chair-side manner and on the whole the experience I had was the worst in any dentist office I've ever had.
