Dr. Kincaid did crown work and composite fillings. The first crown he did was a cerac crown and it cracked with in a few days so he replaced it at no extra cost. The second one has a crack in it because my bite was not adjusted right. I noticed on one of the composite fillings that there was a dark spot and decided to have another dentist look at it and he said it was left over decay so I had to have it redone. He is a nice man, work not so great and his staff seems to change a lot and his office is very out dated and needs work. I decided to use a different dentist.
About Hygienist: He has 2 hygienist and the one that has cleaned my teeth is very sweet.

I started treating with him after I had an auto accident and had several teeth knocked out in 1980. He has been my dentist ever since. He is a funny man and it is a joy to go to his office. If he can't do the work you need he has aways referred me to good people who can.

I have spent over $12,000 fixing what he did to me. I went to him for having sensitive teeth and he manipulated me into getting SIX crowns (all done at once), claiming they would help my front teeth from being sensitive. I was in so much pain that I went to a root canal specialist before he had finished the procedure and she said she was appalled by what she saw because he had shaved SO much of my tooth off. I went to see a cosmetic specialist and he said that kincaid had so aggresively shaved off my real tooth and that he could not believe a dentist could do that to a patient. I am still in constant pain and kincaid hatefully said I signed a waiver understanding that some things could go wrong. Luckily I was able to get the work finished ($12,000 later) by someone who knew what they were doing. Unfortunately since kincaid did such horrible permenant damage I wake up every single night in awful pain. I am young girl (early 20's) and I will have to live with this for the rest of my life because this man knew that he would be able to manipulate me into giving him a great deal of money (NONE of which he would refund, $6,000 making it $18,000 total).

Dr. Kincaid is a very kind compassionate dentist. He listens to your concerns and gives you many options. His staff is very
sweet . I had a lot of dental work done over a 2 year period
and I love the way my teeth look and feel. It was a pain free experience from a wonderful staff. If you are looking for a great dentist and team give his office a call.
About Hygienist: He has two Hyg. they are both wonderful but the one that cleans my teeth is so gentle with a great personality.

I have been to many dentists but not like Dr. Kincaid. Not only did he spend quality time with me at each visit, his staff was so friendly and made sure that I understood what would be done at each visit. They really had a way of making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He did a lot of work on my mouth. It looks amazing. I really could not be happier. They went the extra mile.
