I just had one of my teeth's filling redone by Dr. Ogawa. Soon after that, I started having sensitivity on that tooth when I ate, brushed teeth, etc. I had Dr. Ogawa check it, and it was found that the filling had opening which can cause cavity (i.e., the filling was not properly done by Dr. Ogawa). Dr. Ogawa will redo the work for no fee. But I am very unhappy about the fact that I have to go through the pain of treatment and take time off from work.

what a professional! he treated me like a family member and it was only my first visit. great sweaping views of the city, felt like I was on a mini vacation...i was at the dentist!!!!!

Clean facilities and helpful customer service, although expensive.

Dr Ogawa has been my dentist for 4 years. He's definitely one of the best I've had. He is very caring, informative and knowledgeable. He seems to be very technically skilled as well. And the hygienists in his office are very nice too.

Dr. Ogawa has been my dentist for over ten years. I have referred several of my friends to him. Most of the hygenists in his office have cleaned my teeth. He has done fililings and crowns, and referred me for a root canal and implant. He has always answered my questions and explained everything fully to me. When I had a toothache over a holiday weekend, he came into the office and relieved my pain. I had other dentiests before him, and, I would say that he is the most painfree dentist I have had. The staff is always polite, efficient and professional. During the many many visits to his office, I have observed that all patients are treated with respect and courtesy. The receptionist always calls me to remind me of appointments;
the staff always informs me how much my insurance may or may not pay, so there are never any surprises about the bill. I plan to recommend Dr. Ogawa to anyone I know who is in need of a dentist.

I HAD been going to Dr. Ogawa for over three years. He is wonderful. However I was recently with a dental Hygenist there who was the most rude and difficult person I have ever met. She only cleaned 1/2 of my teeth and when I brought this to her attention she refused to clean the rest. I told her again to finish the job and she accused me of lying.
I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life!
Again, until Dr. Ogawa removes this hygenist, I would not recommend him to anyone.
