Before seeing Dr Dickerson I was so afriad of the dentist I hadn't been to one in nearly 8 years. My mom told me to go to him because she saw that he had been rated Arizona's #1 dentist in a magazine. I went and after a root canal, 7 cavities, 6 visits, many shots in my mouth and a deep cleaning I am no longer afriad of the dentist. His office staff made me feel so comfortable. On my first visit I warned them how afriad I was, especially of needles. The receptionist promised me that after they were done with me I would never fear a dentist again. She was right! I wouldn't send my friends and family to anyone else!! He and his staff are the best!! (My rating as far as Cost is also based on the fact that I have a high dental plan and with it I have 80% of most of my work covered. So I am not sure what the prices would be if I didn't have dental insurance)

Dr. Dickerson diagnosed my as having a jaw clenching problem when I really had a massive infection under my tooth and required a root canal. Instead of perscribing antibiotics and telling me I need a root canal, he referred me to an orthodontist and told me to go home and treat my excruciating pain with Tylenol.

Dr. Dickerson is a very nice man. The office staff is efficient and his hygenists are entertaining/interesting to talk to. Everyone is competent.
Good parking. Convenient location. Comfy waiting area with lots of magazines.
I've been a patient since late 2001/early 2002 and plan to remain a patient.
