About Front Desk: There've been a few front-desk people in the many years I've been seeing Dr. Ostrovsky. Generally, they're very eager to help and also very busy. The rest of the staff always seems to chip in, but it's best to actively manage your own healthcare (which is really true and an overall good idea of any medical service). They're always happy to answer your questions. If you mention something in passing, be sure to follow up since they get busy and might not remember to check on a particular coverage or whatnot.

About Hygienist: All of my hygienist appointments have been quick, painless, and exactly as expected. I'm not the best at flossing, but they take the time to make sure you know how to do it properly.
