I don't know the man, my complaint is about the front office.
About Front Desk: My mother passed away in May 2017 without receiving her dentures. I contacted them on May 15th and am still awaiting the refund they told me would be forthcoming. It is now October 6th and I have talked to them almost weekly with no satisfaction. My last conversation was with Mary (their accountant) on October 2nd. Still no check. This does not seem to be a very timely period to be waiting 6 months!!!!!!!

This guy is all about the money. My wife went to him because a bridge he had done had come loose. He checked it and then had his Office Manager come in and ask how we wanted to pay for it. My wife asked what we were paying for and she said that he recommended she have her teeth removed and complete dentures put in. He did not even bother to tell her that or any options. I had a root canal done and he said that I had a hole in one of my teeth and a crown was wearing away. The Office Manage quoted us a price. Make a long story short, we found another dentist and my wife did not need dentures and the bridge was fixed. I did not have a hole in my tooth and my crown was not wearing away. We are retired and do not have dental insurance so cost is an important factor. This guy is all about the money and I would recommend to anyone to go somewhere else.

I HAVE HAD THREE SETS OF DENTURES MADE THERE AND SEEN BY HIM. GOOD SERVICE, EXCELLENT DENTIST AND EXTREMELY GOOD LAB WHERE DENTURES ARE MADE ON THE PROPERTY. FELT A EASE WITH HIM AND IT WAS ALWAYS PAINLESS AND THE DENTURES FIT GOOD WITH ONLY TWO RETURN VISISTS FOR ADJUSTMENTS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

I have had my upper dentures for a year. The temporary ones caused me to have 3 cases of thrush. Now the permanent ones don't fit right, they gag me, are too big for my mouth and I cannot eat anything with them but soft food. What can you recommend? Plus $2100 just for uppers is too expensive since I have no dental insurance and on medicare. I need further dentures for the lowers too.

I hate dentists! With that said Dr. Sandstrom is by far the nicest person far be it dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He treated me with great care and was very kind when I was scared.....I definately recommend him to all of my friends and family!
