This experience was a nightmare! I needed a crown due to an unfortunate injury to my mouth and was assigned this dentist to do the procedure. The entire time he was filing and grinding to fit me for a crown, he was involved in a deep personal conversation with t he hygenist! The end result is a very poor fitting crown and a year of pain and discomfort. Going back numerous times has not made a bit of difference and I've been told the only thing they can do for me is to pull my tooth! My gum is bleeding at the crown base and I cant use one side of my mouth and thats the best they can do???
