Dr. Gross where are you?? I have been a patient of yours for over 2 years and have had excellent care from you up until January 22nd 2015 and you said you would see me again next week on Jan.29th at 1:45 pm and then I received a ph.call that you are on a personal leave and I should go to a DR.Heather Kedar DDS for my appt. Then at that office NO ONE would say what was going on and divulge any info as to what is going on with you. You are an important person and dentist to me. Your patients should know what is going on and will you be our dentist again or not and WHY. We paid for your services and now ?????? This is very UNFAIR to all of us patients. My visit to Dr. KEDAR was that she was very professional and a very fine dentist. I received the best from her and her and your staff in her office. They knew what was going on and should have divulged as to whether you are going to be our dentist or NOT. NO SECRETS !!!Have you sold your practice?? We just hope and pray that you are not SICK and we pray for your recovery. Let us know DR.Gross and do not keep us in the dark. It is not fair. I wish you the BEST Richard A. Nunziato

I have had a root canal and a tooth extraction done by Dr Gross. I have had different dentists over the years but none like Dr Gross. The staff at the office are amazing. Very personable and extremely helpful. Dr Gross was so caring during both procedures. He made sure I was comfortable prior to proceeding and explained each procedure in depth. After both procedures, Dr Gross called me at home later in the evening to see how I was feeling. You can't ask for more than that. I would recommend A & A Dental to anyone.

Dr. Gross's office is efficient and staff are friendly. Dr. Gross himself is gentle, very willing to answer questions and gets the job done. What I like about the office is that I never feel pressured to accept treatment that seems to be overly expensive. We discussed it once. He explained that he does not have the showy high tech bells and whistles because if he has significant outlay for such equipment, there is a pressure to try to use it to make up for the expense. I had such an experience in a showy high tech office and I had heard the disappointment in the dentist's voice as he showed me video of the bacteria along my gumline. He told me that my gums were fine, but there was almost a sadness in his voice. Dr. Gross has modern equipment as do the officestaff: Digital x-rays and moniters, various new methods of cleaning teeth, etc. But there is never a pressure, always an interest in explaining, and no seemingly self motivated attempts to interest me in treatment beyond what is necessary for me to maintain a healthy, attractive smile.
