Unwilling to help pay medical expenses due to a injury that was caused by him. Filing a complaint with the AZ state board of Dental Examiners. this was just from a simple drill and fill. My spouse has lock jaw for over 3 months still and can not open her mouth completely. I am also seeking assistance from Knapp and roberts.

I would recommend Dr Shaaban for any dental procedure you may need. I have been going to him for years and have had fillings, tooth pulled, root canal's and replacement of a bridge. He is very good at what he does and he has a very caring staff. If you need dental work make an appointment, you will be glad you did.

Dr Shaaban and his staff are all so nice. Even when you're a brand new patient they treat you like family. I also appreciate the fact that they don't send me a bill for whatever the insurance does not pay like some dental offices do. Dr. Shaaban is an A+++ dentist, I highly recommend.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is very polite and friendly. She explains everything and my teenage children even like going to get their teeth cleaned now!

Dr. Shaaban is a great dentist and lovely man. I have been coming to him since I was 5 years old. He has made my once horrible set of teeth into a beautiful smile. I have always felt comfortable sitting in his chair, even though I absolutely hate having my teeth cleaned. When I moved out of town, I had to visit other dentists, none of whom had the compassion and gentleness of Dr. Shaaban. He truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I will never see another dentist again! You should definitely try a visit with him and see for yourself. I even liked him as a kid if you are thinking of taking your children there.

My entire family goes to this dentist and my husband (mid 30's) has been going here since he was a little boy. Everyone in the office is so friendly and down to earth. My parents even drive from Goodyear to see Dr. Shabaan.

Dr Mounib Shaaban has assisted me with my teeth for the past 15yrs. This man is a gentle man , easy to talk to and performs outstanding work! His staff has always worked with me and my schedule. Over the years I have recommended him to friends and family and everyone gives me great feedback regarding their visit and they plan on using him as his/her dentist. This morning I needed work; tooth pulled and a filling for a crack in a tooth. Unbelievable, the pain? What pain, I didnt feel it other then a small pinch.
You will not go wrong selecting him as your dentist.

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work and dr. Shaaban has helped me in everyway with his calm and understanding demeanor. we have been seeing hm for over 20 years, though i have a multitude of dental issues, my children have nearly perfect teeth because of the holistic approach he brings to dental care. he never pressures me into dental work, instead leaving it up to me to have it done a little bit at a time as i can mentally afford it. he offers pain medication and gas without questioning that i need it. he has had the same office staff since we started seeing him, many years ago. i think that says something for a dentist. also, we are less nervous when we see the same faces there each visit. I really have a hard time knowing/comparing pricing - as i would never go anywhere else - for any price. .. His office staff often juggles more than one insurance for my kids. he answers pages quickly. He always calls you at home on the evening of a major procedure to check up on you.
