this dentist tries to do services not needed. he tried to tell me my daughter needed sealants that were preiously already put on by another dentist a year prior. i took her back to the other dentist that put them on her, and they were still good. also for 2 years he told me i needed extensive deep cleaning of my gums. i went to another dentist that said my gums were good and i didnt need this deep cleaning.

Dr. I and his staff offer an absolutely first rate experience in every sense of the work. The expanded office is beautiful and state of the art. The staff provides customer service and care that guarantees me one 5-star experience every six months -- even if I might not expeirence such service anywhere in betwen. I don't recall any pain ever!
When I was young, I was not that bothered by going to the dentist. As it turns out, that guy was more like a butcher -- so I was ready for anything when I grew up. I had very good luck with my second dentist, but Dr. I turned out to be the cream of the crop. As the previous reviewer stated, he is a very nice guy -- but he is also caring. communicative and his concern for quality and extreme professionalism extends to his staff (and his daughter, Dr. Brenan, who practices with him at this location.
About Hygienist: I always hold out for a 7PM appointment, since my new job is some distance away, so that may contribute to the fact that I have not hooked up with a regular hygienist. No worries -- every one of them has been exceptional; I don't even ask who it will be any more.

I've been going to Dr. Icenhower since I was 3 years old. His staff is very friendly, he is very nice, and the facility has been renovated and is gorgeous. A year back, my insurance would not cover me at that facility so I went to two other dentist offices in the area and was frightened by the filthy offices and equipment and unknowledgeable dentist. I have since decided to pay out of my own pocket at Dr. Icenhower's- he is well worth it.
About Hygienist: They hygienists are always pleasant. They clean very well too.

Dr. Icenhower is a great dentist and a great guy. He has a good sense of humor and has put me at ease during my trips to see him. His daughter is also great too!
