Dr. Bernstein and his staff did an extraordinarily thorough initial exam including xrays, digital photos, measurements of all kinds. They found a few problems (some of which I expected), and recommended a course of treatment including quadrant scaling, which is not cheap. Consistently friendly and cooperative staff. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and seemed to really care about teeth. My impression is that this office is not for those on a budget, as they don't accept any kind of discount plan, and their goal seems to be to do more rather than less -- Mercedes service at Mercedes prices.
