Dr. Choules is OK unless there is a problem that may have been caused by his staff. A tongue ulcer. Choules sent me to a specialist who was less than helpful. I finally went to a MD specialist in tongue, ears and throats who took a speciman for analysis and healed the ulcer. Asked how the ulcer occured, both the Choules specialist and the MD stated trauma. Dr. Choules just shruged his shoulders.
About Hygienist: Melissa McIver, R.D.H., who probably caused the ulcer while cleaning the teeth.

Dr. Choules is great, but the office staff - not so much. They scheduled me a cleaning (months in advance) and when I got there they asked me what I was doing there. When I got back to the office I found their appointment reminder card and sure enough I did have an appointment. When I called them back - no apology just denial and a noncaring comment that they didn't know how it happened. Now things like this happen, but it is how you deal with them and how you accept responsibility for them that counts in the end. Nobody really seemed to care.

Excellent. The best dentist I've ever had and I've had many having spent 30 years in the US Air Force.

He actually sat with me a calmed my fears about not having been to the dentist in about 2 years. He showed and explained to me my xrays and what he was looking for. The dental hygenists were so sweet and very gentle. It was a wonderful experience at the dentist!

I have recently discovered Dr. Choules and his team. It is, by far and away, the best experience I have ever had visiting a dentist. Without hesitation, I would recommend him.
