My family has been seeing Dr Valen and Dr Kim for since 2006. My daughter just had her braces off this week and we are completely happy. Dr Valen is great and his staff extremely kind and accommodating. From the lady at the front desk to the assistants. They always make us feel comfortable. I would definitely commend this office..

Dr. Valen, Dr. Kim and their staff are great! I have been a patient of Signature Dental for years now. Every time I walk in the doors its a wonderful experience for me and my family. I would highly recommend them.

in short, the office staff are unprofessional and incompetent. the insurance person charged me everyone in my family before the work was completed and didn't even know what my insurance would pay. the dentist is neurotic. he asked me if my kid had asberger's syndrome because he was nervous in the chair. the hygenist with the dark hair is very loud when she speaks to you and not good with children at all. she had my son scared to death and asked me if he had problems because he was nervous, but it was in front of him! I have been to numerous dentists since childhood and they are the worst. I would grade them as a C-. Also, they never responded when i requested my records to be sent and when i called they said: "we don't do that." really? this place is a joke

I found the receptionists to have this snippy attitude with patients. The lady who does dental insurance claims isn't knowledgeable with her job and gave myself and another client incorrect information regarding dental insurance. I noticed that they are not concerned with HIPAA laws and will announce what you need done and what exactly you had done even though other patients are right there in the lobby. Any procedures we have done is no one elses business and violates hipaa. They made me wait over 2 weeks to get another temporary crown because it had come off and I broke it. The girl on the phone wanted me to come into the office within 15 minutes and there was no way I would have been able to make it in that time. The crown he made for my tooth was a tad too big compared to the original and kindof pointy looking, it just wasn't the quality I was expecting from someone with his stats. I thought he should have been more caring about what issues I had going on in my mouth instead of dismissing what I had to say. The last straw with the office is when he misdiagnosed my infected, failing root canal as needing "crown lengthening" and having "sinus problems" which I have never had sinus issues. Bad service and they are fired!

About Hygienist: The only person in the office I found to be very nice and caring was Dr Valen's dental assistant. There were many other issues I had with the office, but I listed the main ones. I'm just very bothered by the fact that he allowed me to go on weeks without any protection to my tooth that was waiting to receive a crown. When I addressed him later about that because my gums had grown over the margins and he had to keep making adjustments he gave me a lot of attitude and blamed it on me not being able to come into the office within 15 minutes from phone call. I immediately called the dentist on friday night when my temporary dental crown had broken and left a message. They were opened the next day and then on monday. I never received a call back from them so I called them again. I would not recommend this place at all. The creepy part about it is when you are in the patient chair people from their 2nd waiting room can see right up and know what they are doing to you, so again no privacy
