I have recently returned to Dr. Patel after losing touch with him for a long time. The crown he put two decades ago is still as good as it was when it was originally done. I was also pleased that he continues to avoid the incessant upselling and high pressure tactics so common in dentistry these days. His service is straight forward and not masked in double talk. I am glad to be back.
About Front Desk: Very welcoming front desk staff who is not artificially cheery or "chirpy."

needs improvement. staff nice but not very informative. Wish i had been told more about what was going on.

Nice facility, staff does not act professionally though. I wish dentists would treat patients with more respect in that area.
