Dr. Gary is an experienced dentist who takes care to know his patients and their expectations. He has done fillings and crowns for me which were very good. The office environment is very nice and spacious and his staff could not be friendlier. I think he takes care of people as if they were family. I have confidence in him.
About Hygienist: Janette is very professional, accomplished and gentle. I like the fact she takes extra care with her instruments and has gone to great lengths to make my child feel comfortable when receiving cleanings. She is a real asset to Dr. Gary's practice.

I trust Dr Gary's decisions and would not go anywhere else, thus my 28yr loyalty. Prior experience was a very expensive mistake I will never make again. Dr Gary is a very good person as well as a very good Dentist. I have recommended him to many family members and friends without fear of their complaints later. :)
His staff is always friendly and on time. Wait time is minimal.
About Hygienist: Janette is very gentle and friendly. Never dread my visits with her. And I always hate to put food in my mouth after I leave, just want that really clean feeling to stay. PS this review is totaly unsolicited.

I've gone to Dr. Gary for about 20 years, my mother has seen him that long, if not longer, and am sorry to say that today was my last appointment with him. Upon arrival, the hygenist (Rachel) was extremely rude to me and treated me as though I was an idiot. I would not suggest her to anyone. There is one hygenist there (Jeanette) who is awesome, but the wait time to see her is very long. Upon leaving, I needed to book a followup for a filling and to continue the process of having my veneers replaced. I was told that it would be 2 months before an open appointment. I asked if there was not something sooner, to which the lady that does the scheduling said, "everybody wants it done now. This is not a McDonald's drive thru." My experience was awful and I was treated unprofessionally continuously. I drive 45 minutes to get there each way, and to drive that far and pay that much to be treated that way is ridiculous. Dr. Gary himself is very good when it comes to actual dentistry but he did nothing to try and rectify my concerns. He made excuses for his staffs' actions and made me feel uncomfortable about returning. Does he have so many clients that losing 2 long standing clients is okay with him and customer service is not important?

Dr. Gary is professional and thorough. His staff is the most upbeat and positive that I have ever seen. Dr. Gary bent over backwards to accommodate my insurance limitations. He also squeezed in a friend of mine who was in Memphis from Belgium. I dropped my children's dentist to use Dr. Gary. The work he has done on our teeth has held up and is premier! Go Dr. Gary!
