I first came in for a routine initial exam with Dr. Mansell after moving to Phoenix, after about 5 years with another trusted dentist. She examined my mouth, and her first step was to create a replacement plan for my fillings, amounting to several thousand dollars. I flew back to visit my old home and made an appointment with my old dentist, who told me none of her recommendations was needed. He said she probably was just unfamiliar with my mouth and fillings. I never went back to her. I found other dentists who did not leap at the chance to do thousands of dollars of work when I felt no pain, had no cavities, and had no damaged fillings.

She has the best staff ever and she is the most caring, smart dentist who is always on top of the latest technologies.
I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

Dr. Mansell is top notch in this industry. Her heart is in the right place and her staff is friendly and welcoming. I have worked in the dental field for 10+ years and know good quality dentistry when I see it. She's all about helping her patients, and that's the way it should be. I only wish more doctors/dentists could share this mindset. Kudos to you Dr. Mansell and staff!

Kathi Mansell's practice is simply tops in my book. I trust her completely. Among the reasons: 1) she takes a conservative approach whenever possible -- not rushing you into work that can wait. Can't tell you how many times over the years she's told me, let's watch this tooth rather than "we have to do it now!" 2) I like the way she treats her staff members. The 'pleases' and 'thank yous' reassure me that these people are valued and respected team members rather than mere employees. 3) I have had a lot of dental work done and although I am usually apprehensive walking in (afterall, who enjoys a morning at the dentist), I often marvel at how comfortable I am throughout the procedure. 4) She actually cares about my comfort and my long-term dental health.

DR. MANSELL IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE VALLEY! THE FACILITIES ARE GREAT AND SHE LEADS A TOP NOTCH TEAM. THE TREATMENT IS BEYOND WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT.

After I moved to Phoenix I could not find a dentist and an old boss of mine gave me Kathi's card. On my first visit I was very happy with Kathi and the office.
Kathi is very diligent and wants to teach her patients good dental hygiene. She and her staff are very friendly and thorough. In fact after my very first visit I didn't come back for 6 months and she remembered me. Kathi takes a lot of interest in her patients. Kathi is also very knowledgable and keeps up with the technology.
Unfortunately I moved out of Arizona after having had Kathi as my dentist over 6 years.

Dr. Mansell placed a new crown but it quickly required a root canal and reduced the phenominal work of the ARTIST to average. She was very straight forward with this possibility but it was still disappointing none the less.
Her crown guy is truley an artist.
Suggestion: Her office seems to become upsell artists and this is not what drew me to her. I like her abilities but feel as if I am pressured to do more.

Dr. Mansell and her staff are fantastic. They have excellent facilities and everyone there is highly professional and very friendly. I was recommended by a friend and she has been my dentist now for the past two years. I have subsequently referred several friends to her who all love her. She takes a more 'medical' approach to providing dental care, checking BP, health history, etc, that I have never experienced with other dentists, but appreciated. I could not provide a more positive recommendation for Dr. Mansell, her staff, and the facilities.

I started going to Dr. Mansell because she volunteered at a clinic for underserved children. She has the biggest heart, and her skill as a dentist is unparelleled.
