Dr. Neeley has been my dentist(and my husband's) since about 1981 when we moved to Austin. He and all staff are professional (including ethical) and courteous. I highly recommend him and any of his partners. You can rest assured that Dr.Neeley does not do any unnecessary work.

About Hygienist: I also see Cindy Blanks one of his hygienists twice yearly to have my teeth cleaned who is gentle and kind as they come.

Hygiene time: do not remember as am writing this days later.

I have been seeing Dr. Neeley for over 15 years. He came recommended to me by my periodontist at the time Dr. Irons after my previous dentist retired. He reminded me so much of my previous dentist Dr. McWaters in his polite manner, tentative to my issues and just a great and caring individual. He has done so much to help me over the years with all of my issues and I could not have asked for a better dentist. I have recommended him to many over the years and will continue to do so to anyone looking for a great dentist!!

About Front Desk: All of the ladies are very nice and professional and are willing to assist and answer any questions that I may have.

I am a retired dentist/periodontist. I've seen it all in dentistry! I am very picky about who does my dental work. Dr. Joe Neely has done excellent work for me. He's a great guy and a terrific dentist with many years of experience, and he uses all the latest high tech to deliver painless and the highest quality dentistry at low-fair fees. His staff reflects Dr. Neely's kindness and professionalism. I am lucky to be his patient and love his office!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is delightful. They are friendly, professional, and add to the overall great experiences I have had getting my dental work done by Dr Neely.

The best! Even though all my kids live either out of state or far from Austin, they all go to a dentist without fear because of Dr. Neeley and the folks at Barton Oaks Dental Group. They started going to Barton Oaks when they were kids and were taught that dentistry does not need to be a painful experience. Dr. Neeley and this crew even relieved me of my stress, anxiety, and downright in the gut fear when I walked into their clinic. I've been with them over 25 years and I'm still a Barton Oaks Dental Group patient.

About Front Desk: The rear guard is great. Very helpful and friendly. I see them when I go in and visit them when I go out. They are wonderful.

About Hygienist: Professional and kind. Cindy is as good as it gets. She does an excellent job and will take the time to explain a procedure or technique she is doing. Sadly, I just cannot carry on a conversation with her while she's cleaning my teeth.
