I have had no problems in the past but when I went in for a cleaning I started to get yelled at when I needed to leave at 5 pm so I could be at work. I was not expecting being yelled at in front of staff and her other clients. This was completely unprofessional. My scheduled appt. was for 3:45pm they finally got to me at 4:20pm. Now I don't know what happened or if she was having a bad day but I have never been yelled at or reprimanded at any Office be it Dr. Office or work.
I pay for good service. This is NOT the place to go. The other people in the office are good and nice people But Dr. Sinclair is one dentist to stay away from.
I know this doctor: 6 years

A calm, knowledgeable, competent dentist who practices in what was once a house decorated with charming Kountry Kraft accents.

I have been a patient of Dr Sinclair's since 1991 or 1992 and have always been happy with her work. She has gone out of her way to be helpful any number of times and has, on occasion, done emergency treatment without charge when recommending that the majority of the work be done by a specialist.
She does not do root canals or extractions, but has close working relationships with other dentists who do, and will make appointments with them on request.
Obviously, having dental work done is not one of my favorite things, but Dr Sinclair makes it as pleasant as it's likely to get, and what she does, she does well.

She and her staff is great. However, the way she communicates to her staff is a bit "rough" and unprofessional when a client is sitting in the chair. For those of you allergic to cigarette smoke, this is not the place for you. I recently had an appt right after a cigarette break and it was painful to smell it while I was in the chair. I'm not sure if it was the dentist or the assistant that was smoking - but the sent was strong and caused a headache during the procedure.

Very comfortable settings and she makes you feel at ease. Uses Univ of Texas dental students for dental assistants and is pretty demanding of them. Costs are fully explained.

Dr. Sinclair and her husband Jim run this office, and they make a great team. They know me and make me feel so welcome, even though they only see me every 6 months. They have monitors playing videos of nature scenes and aquariums above the chairs in each room. It's so relaxing. Their office is in an old house, and it has lots of cool old pictures and antiques. The equipment, though, is up-to-date, so no worries! :)
Dr. Sinclair is very personable and eclectic. I look forward to all of my visits with her and her support staff.

I enjoyed Dr. Sinclair and her staff while I was living in Austin. I miss Texas dentistry! (I am in Massachusetts.)
