Best dentist I have been to in my 45 years on this earth! Very caring doctor and office staff! Very gentle and friendly! After the first visit, you will feel as if he was an old friend that you have known forever! It's clear that Doctor Herren cares about his patients and he goes beyond just the health of your teeth by seeing you as an important person. I cannot say enough good things about him and I have referred many, many co-workers and friends to him. A+A+A+

I really waited to write this review because I do not like writing bad reviews, however this is why:
I went to get my crowns, not only was the crown experience itself awful (lots of pain, had to go back multiple times to correct the bite), but I thought Dr. Herren was unattentive throughout the procedure. He would watch the TV, then go back to doing the work. When I would tell him that my bite felt off, he would respond with things like, "are you the dentist or am I?" and tell me that it was normal. When I went back 2 weeks later because the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep, he tells me then that it was because the bite was off.
The receptionist/billing person does not look up your coverage beforehand like she says she will. Every visit I've had to wait 30-60 minutes before seeing the doctor. They don't notify you when insurance has paid them and you need to be reimbursed. They don't call you back like they say they will and you have to call them back even after have left voicemails.
The equipment is outdated.
Plus - convenient location. However, all the time spent waiting negates the location.

I recommend Dr. Herren to anyone I know who is in need of a dentist. He is professional, friendly, and most importantly WILL NOT recommend doing any unnecessary procedures. (I have had bad experiences with that with other dentists.)
He will work with you on creating an affordable treatment plan that will maximize utilization of your insurance and keep your out-of-pocket costs low.

I just started going to Dr. Herren and could not be more pleased! It's very nice to have a Dentist with a pleasant chair side manner!
Even though I have a lot of work to be done on my teeth, it was nice to have received the cost estimate in little amounts, versus one lump sum of thousands of dollars!

A safe dentist without a lot of frills. Very consistent and friendly with service and presentation. He definitely tries to push cosmetic work.
