I hve been a patient of Dr. Moser's for nearly 30 years. His hygienist, Shelly is friendly and personable and is very good at cleaning your teeth. Dr. Moser has very up to date equipment and I always feel comfortable with him and his staff. His staff have all been with him for many years and it is comforting to see familiar faces when I go to his office. I am also a professional and feel comfortable referring my patients to him when I am asked for a referral or notice a need. My parents were also patients of his and were always happy with his care and the results of their treatment. I have also always felt that his fees were not out of line for the superior care that I recieved.

Vey poor customer service. The hygenist is particularly arrogant. They accept a lot of discount plans but BE CAREFUL. They want you only for a few appointments, then they drop you because they do not want to perform the services at discounted rates.
They are so arrogant that they don't hesitate even to abandon a patient in need of care. They would not even clean my teeth as they didn't want to do it under the discount rates. And then they did not even send a referral to a specilist, as required by the discount plan. Very dangerous dental office. Only focused on the money and doesn't care about the patient.
In fact when I showed up for the scheduled gum cleaning appointment, the hygenist refused to provide the treatment and kicked me out of the office saying that a referral will be sent through the insurance company. The insurance company NEVER received a referral.
