Dr. Washburn, cares about how each treatment effects you personally,it is like he is the one getting the service,He puts you at ease and is always concerned how you feel and look. He also works with you on your cost ,Not like others.Try him for your Dentist. I had Dr washburn do a front bridge for me and no one knew that they were not my very own teeth.At the time I had no Insurance.

Great experience every time. He and his staff are pro's. They are always courteous and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in. They only do the work covered by my insurance so I never get a shortfall bill which is different from any dentist I've been to.

About Hygienist: Excellent every time.

Dr. Washburn has been our dentist for 17 yrs. & has dealt with crowns, bridges, cavities and cleaning and I have NEVER been MORE satisfied with a dentist in my 57 years. Staff is as Dr. Washburn, caring and friendly, never feels like a rush job. Dr. Washburn also knows how to administer a pain-free shot which in my book is major! I cannot recommend this doctor high enough. the very best Dallas has to offer for all ages.

The staff are very kind. Haven't had any problems with billing. Hygenists are great. Exam rooms seem a little bit crowded. Dr. Washburn is nice, but I only see him for about 30 seconds at every cleaning. I've had dentists exam my teeth more throughly.

Dr. Washburn is my 3rd dentist in the last 3 years since I've moved to Dallas. He and his staff are amazingly kind and gentle. I feel extremely comfortable with his advice and I like that he doesn't seem to always recommend things to me that would make money for him.
