Dr. Whatton and his entire staff provides my wife and me with excellent care and in very nice facilities. His prices are always reasonable. Patients are scheduled so there is limited if any waiting.

Dr. Whatton has been my dentist since I moved to Houston 22 years ago; I now work elsewhere and still return to him, as he has a complete picture of my dental history, and has used that coupled with his knowledge to identify problems early in development. He is very calm with a good chair-side manner. His front office is very helpful, working me in with my crazy schedule. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to create a small fake tooth, when one of mine broke off the day before an international business trip (to hold me over before I got back to town). Has been helpful with insurance also. I do not know how to judge his prices - I would guess that they are mid-range (and worth it!).

Dr. Whatton is a very competent dentist with a quiet, pleasing manner. He and his assistants work very diligently to provide as good dental care as possible. They take a holistic approach (BP, etc.) rather than just focus on the teeth.
Dr. Whatton takes a conservative approach and does not recommend anything he feels is unnecessary. He and his staff listen attentively and do their best to provide all the information the patient needs.
I have not compared his costs to competitors, but I believe they are reasonable. Since I no longer have dental insurance, he says X-rays every 18 months is sufficient, given the state of my teeth. He helped me to evaluate the cost of private insurance vs. total out-of-pocket payments.
The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed and stress-free. Dr. Whatton is one of the top two dentists I've ever had (and both have been former Army dentists... hmmm).

I have reccommended at least 5 people to Dr Whatton and every one of them has agreed that he has one of the best practices they have been to. i am very pleased with all aspects of his service. Even my 6 yr old daughter llikes to go ..
