Staff Good. It's over booked so she is rushed,rough, and will make u wonder was it done with quality or not. I had a root canal so i didn't have a choice after going in with the pain and my tooth shaved down to not go through the rest of the process. I was not comfortable nor stress relieved throught out it. not organized. I've had one by another never went through half that i did here 2 time process with the last this was a process of over 2 months with her. I am disappointed with my decision.

Dockins was soo rough and jerking my mouth soo hard that I was afraid the whole time that she was going to break my teeth and come to find out once the anesthesia wore off that is exactly what she did. She sent me home with a broke tooth and no pain meds! I was in excruciating pain and that's how she left me all week-end - didn't offer to fix what she had broken and this was on a Thursday - her office is closed on Friday... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Dockins since 1993. My entire family used this dentist. I was told by a very rude office worker by the name of Michelle, that my family was no longer allowed in the office because of an outstanding balance of around 100.00 dollars. Even though I made regular payments and had been a paying ,regular every 6 month checkup patient for many years. She then sent a reminder in the mail to my child to come in for his 6month cleaning. I have yet to explain why he is not allowed on the property. Michelle is a very rude preson and should not be allowed to speak to patients and especially mail reminder notes to children. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I WENT IN FOR A ROOT CANAL & HAD PREVIOUSLY INFORMED HER & HER STAFF THAT I WAS SCARED OF THE DENTIST. SHE MADE SURE I WAS PRE-MEDICATED WITH VALIUM BEFORE I CAME INTO HER OFFICE FOR MY APPT. APPARANTLY, THE PROCEDURE TOOK LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BECAUSE I WOKE UP HALFWAY THROUGH THE PROCEDURE. I WAS TERRIFIED OF ALL OF THE DRILLS & ASKED FOR HER TO PLEASE GIVE ME SOME MORE MEDICINE TO MAKE ME GO BACK TO SLEEP SO SHE COULD FINISH. ASKING QUICKLY TURNED TO CRYING, BEGGING & PLEADING. I WAS DENIED ADDTL. MEDS AND TOLD TO "LAY MY HEAD DOWN & QUIT CRYING". I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS NOT TRYING TO BE DIFFICULT, BUT WAS TERRIFIED OF THE TOOLS & DRILL NOISES. THIS VISIT ENDED WITH DR. DOCKINS SLAMMING MY FILE SHUT, THROWING DOWN HER PEN & DEMANDING THAT THE NURSE NOTE ON MY FILE THAT I WAS NOT TO RETURN TO HER OFFICE WITHOUT AN ANESTHESIOLOGIST. THE NURSE TOOK MY FILE & DR. DOCKINS STOOD UP & BEGAN TO HELP HER NEXT PATIENT. I LEFT WITH AN UNFINISHED ROOT CANAL & I HAD TO HAVE THAT SAME TOOTH PULLED SINCE I WAS KICKED OUT OF HER OFFICE WITH AN UNFINISHED ROOT CANAL.
