Exemplary bedside manner! Excellent customer service. Very thorough and precise treatment. Complete staff including Jennifer, Stephanie, Cassie and receptionist made me feel as if I were the only patient and priority of the day.
Always available after office hours to answer questions after procedures are done. Always respected my appointments on a timely basis which is so unlike any doctor’s office I’ve visited.
Thank you Dr. Gentry for helping me get back my smile. 😁

I have been going to Dr. Gentry for over 3 years. At first when I started going I thought everyone was so nice and that's because it's so expensive! My "plan" was outrageous but being naive, I sucked it up and forked out thousands of dollars (and go into debt) only to have a crown from a root canal fail and thus losing the tooth I paid thousands for her to fix. I finally got a second opinion from another dentist who was able to look at the treatment plan they printed out for me and beat their prices. They were also able to offer other therapies that Dr. Gentry didn't even consider an option. In my opinion, this group is a bunch of swindlers taking advantage of people who have dental anxiety and therefore don't go to the dentist as much. Always get a second and third opinion. After paying $2500 for my root canal which failed and being told I'd have to pay $6000 for an implant, I've finally decided to get another opinion. Heed my advice! The office staff is nice but when you're taken into a room to discuss financial options and coerced into thinking it has to be done right away, it's time to consider what you're paying for is your health, not tv screen, free water, and customer service.

Dentist assumed I did X when I mentioned I had been to raves and while looking at my teeth said, "well... those teeth didn't just grind themselves." I've never done X though, so found this a little offensive when there are a lot of other reasons probably for my teeth grinding. Assistants were very upbeat though.

I can't say enough about Dr. Gentry and her wonderful staff. I've had many negative experiences in the dentist chair, so I was nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years and I knew I would have to have a lot of work done. From Gigi, who runs the office, to Jennifer, who is the dental assistant the whole experience was... well, not exactly a pleasure, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be! :-) Dr. Gentry is funny, gentle, quick but thorough, and a real perfectionist. The office is clean and the chair is comfortable.... I also liked it that it was cool enough... nothing worse than having dental work done and sweating to death! All in all, a fun experience if you deduct that actual drilling and root canal! :-) Seriously, the best dentist I have ever been to, hands down.

Dr. Gentry's office is a pleasure to visit. I never had to wait very long for my appointments. Dr. Gentry always has a great smile every time I see her. Her staff always explains everything to my satisfaction before proceeding with any procedures.

Dr. Gentry is a very kind and upbeat woman. I had a root canal procedure with her. Although I was too sensitive and could not be numbed with the injections (the surgery was stopped by myself from the pain) she was very comforting and kind afterwards. She is a very sincere dentist. Her staff is very friendly and greets the visitors very informally. The office itself was festive with holiday lights and scary to cute Halloween toys/decor. The office also has a generous appointment span that extends into the late afternoon. They make sure that office time is used by those scheduling appointments because if a patient does not cancel within 24 hours the patient is charged $30 something dollars per hour that was allocated; because another patient could have used that time period. The hours offered is a 9-5 employment time management solution.

Dr. Gentry and her staff do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable. They are very down to earth and really enjoy their work. I would highly reccomend them if you are looking for a dentist. They really make you feel as though you are amoung friends.
