His idea of a smile lift is all marketing and totally false. I explained to him through the course of my treatment that I was unhappy that he created an overbite. he didn't listen and blew me off. Quite frankly, I could read right through him and totally disgusted in his conduct in the media and in his office.

the best dentist! Took me as an emergency patient and told me all possibilities. first day sent me home with pain meds and the next day he started fixing troubled areas. He was completely correct with what to do. I have to go back to finish the work. found pricing reasonable. Not real cheap and not too expensive. Very skilled doctor and that is not always the cheapest, but at least he was not only for the rich!

Let me say Dr. Beougher is a good dentist. I think he is professional and knows his trade. There are better out there though. Okay, here is my gripe. I have been to his dentistry several times and I'm always prompt. Each occasion they keep me waiting in the lobby at least 20 minutes. The longest was 30 minutes. This office does not appreciate peoples time making them wait that long. Maybe they are double booked or just have poor time management. I don't know, but it tells me they are disorganized. Secondly, they charge way above and beyond for standard services. My cleanings are covered at 100 percent under my insurance. Mysteriously they tack on 30-40 bucks for their incidentals. I've never had that happen anywhere else. Finally, I had some work done. My insurance paid, I paid and yet their records did not update this info showing I had a credit. I received a bill from them showing I owed them money when my insurance had paid. I even brought in the letter. I got excuses and no follow-up from their staff of which most are friendly but indifferent.
Bottom line, this practice is mismanaged. They are disorganized, over charge, and rush you through leaving you feeling less than happy about your experience.

I wished I would have never met this doctor. The worst experience of my life! He is about making money and if you are unsatisfied good luck, because he will never give you - your money back!

Dr. Simon, who works with Dr. Beougher, messed up my sealants so badly that I had to have another dentist fix them.

I love Willow Bend Dental
I am a patient at Willow Bend Dental. I met Dr. Beougher a few months ago while going through a divorce after 21 years of marriage. I am in Sales, and I am required to smile a lot. I was searching for a way to restore my joy when I read about the Smilelift Procedure. I met with Dr. Beougher and his staff at Willow Bend Dental, and they were able to generate pictures of me showing me what the Smilelift procedure could do for me. One appointment later, I had my temporary Smile. The first time I saw it I cried. For me it was a virtually painless procedure. Dr. Beougher and His staff were excellent. Not only were my teeth whiter, and straighter, but Dr. Beougher had widened my smile, giving the appearance that my cheek bones were higher, and reducing sagging wrinkles. It truly restored my joy, and changed my Life. I would see some of my old friends and they ALL said.... WOW Cindy! Divorce has been good to you.. The new smile was great for my business too. It wasn't long before my sales had doubled. I found that not only a great smile, but the act of smiling diverts tension, and surrounds every situation I am in with happiness, and confidence. Sometimes people look at me and say " What's so Funny?" I say "Nothing, I just love to Smile!"
I love the staff at Willow Bend Dental, and everyone there treats me as if they have known me forever. Dr. Beougher and the staff at Willow Bend Dental are all committed to providing exceptional care and service to their clients. I recommend Dr. Beougher and the staff at Willow Bend Dental to anyone who is searching for a reason to smile.

Not yet used Dr. Beougher's services. Waiting to gather more information before I commit to a dentist. Dr. Beougher has thus far recommended filling in some fissure seal that is deteriorating plus treatment of a gum pocket. My mouth is otherwise healthy.
About Hygienist: Hygenist was amazing. Most enjoyable teeth cleaning I ever had. I don't know about the costs - my medical pays for 100% of teeth cleaning.

Dr. Beougher has been my dentist for more than 12 years.
I have had multiple crowns and all of them have involved a lot of pain. Dr. Beougher never seems to manage his time well. I would get a shot to numb me and 45-60 minutes later, after it had started to wear off, he would start the procedure. If you have an appointment, even the first appointment of the morning, don't expect it to start on time. His staff meetings start at 8, so do the appointments.
Dr. Beougher's office staff is not the best. We pay for all of our service when it is done. Even though the amount our insurance will pay is available on a standardized form, we get overcharged and always have a "refund" waiting the next time we go. At one point, we told them we had no insurance as they were continually double filing our claims. Most recently, a disagreement between my health insurance and their office has cost me $250.
We will probably not go back to Dr. Beougher after 12 years as he and his staff doesn't seems to care about customer service.
About Hygienist: All of the hygienists have been very good. I have seen 6 different ones during my 12 years going there.

I had work done almost one year ago, I am still in pain and they won't do any thing about it. In the beginning they were very nice to get you in, hooked and get your big money!!!! It is very expensive, and the treatment and procedure is rushed. Please do your homework!!! Serious changes to your bite etc., should not be made so fast. Go to someone else!! Perhaps "Accreditation" is important after all. After initial treatment, it is a difficult adjustment, and you are not given the time of day, as he is on to the next big fish, you are left to sit a very long time, then he no longer dedicates time to make things right, rushing in and out. They can't wait to cut you loose. The dental work may cause other problems for you and may require root canals, this of course is not told to you. Of course it looks good, but I have learned the hard way, that looks aren't every thing.

I love Dr. Beougher! Although he seems to be a little on the expensive side, It's worth it! He is very throurough and takes in account of the "Whole Picture" of your dental care rather than just fixing the problem at hand. He's gental and professional. I couldn't ask for a better dentist!
