I have been a patient of Dr Cortez's for man years. I have never had any problems with appointments or poor customer service. I have been going in for bi-yearly cleanings for more than 10 years, and just recently i had a "Deep Cleaning" done. The hygenist was very careful to not cause me any pain. I would definatley recommend Dr. Cortez to EVERYONE!
About Hygienist: Lina, i think is her name. She, along with everyone else, are very nice and talkative. They know my whole life story bc i have been going there for so long. They know me by name ask about my mom (who also sees Dr. Cortez)

Growing up, my dental visits were a nightmare. As a teenager, I stopped going... My teeth were in very bad condition because of lack of regular dental check-ups. I had not been to the dentist in years so I was hesitant to ever go back... Until I met Dr. Cortez and Carrie at Ingram Dental!!! After returning to the dentist in my mid 20's, Dr. Cortez and staff never once made me feel ashamed or out of place. My visit was so great, I stuck with them for 7 years and I have yet to miss an appointment. I never thought I would ever be complimented on my teeth... so thank you Dr. Cortez and Carrie!!!

he and his staff made me feel at home i was very nervous since i had a bad experiance before at another office. they explained everything to me and very helpful with my insurance
About Hygienist: she was very sweat and i have never felt my mouth feel so clean i am going to see her more than 6mths out of the yr.

Dr. Cortez placed a crown on my tooth after the tooth developed another cavity near the filling. He and his staff were wonderful. Our family recommends them to everyone.
