Dr wheelus and his staff are very friendly. my daughter has had alot of dental work done and so far her smile is looking more and more better.

I've been going to Dr. Wheelus for the past five years and would go to no one else. His staff is the greatest and always remember your name. I've moved to another city and still come to San Antonio just for Dr. Wheelus.

Outstanding chair manners. Great human being. I reseach many dentist in the area and Dr. Wheelus in addition to great price, great service also.

Dr. Wheelus saw both of my children (8/12) and was wonderful to them. The staff was VERY friendly and informative. When my daughter was identified as having a tooth that needed to be extracted, Dr. Wheelus sent her to get a toy from the tooth chest and told me privately. He was sensitive to how she would react and how I thought she might react to the procedure. Additionally, though Dr. Wheelus is a orthodontist, he recognized the serverity of my daughter's needs and referred her right away. I was surprised that he didn't try to work on them himself first--but I'm glad he recognized her need to be with another dentist. I'm VERY pleased with my initial visits to this office and the friendliness of the Dr. Wheelus and the entire staff.

The staff is friendly and that's the good news. I went in for a filling on one of my front teeth. Just before starting he pointed to one of my back teeth as the one that he would be filling. Luckily, I corrected him and then he looked at my chart. He also had about four other patients in his office at the same time. I'm looking for a good dentist who knows whose mouth he's working on. One of my friends also had problems with crowns that Dr. Wheelus had put on. They didn't line up and then he ground them down so far that now the teeth don't touch at all. I would not recommend Dr. Wheelus.
