Dr. Holt is nothing but amazing! I am so proud of my veneers--I could cry!!! They are so realistic and natural! I grew up with an awful dentist so to have Dr Holt made all fo this difference. Dr Holt, his wife and the entire team go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. They are the best dentist I have ever been to!

I appreciate the concern Dr. Holt and the staff had for me regarding my visit. They were always checking to make sure I was comfortable and there quality of work is excellent.
I like going to the dentist now.

Have to agree with the first reviewer - maximum revenue seems to be the MO for this office. Following my twice annual visit, my insurance is routinely billed for non-routine procedures that were done only once.
When questioned politely about this, the office staff became defensive, even giving non-responsive answers.
Even if I misunderstood something about the billing process, I feel I'm entitled to an explanation. You only get one chance in my book to respond to a question like that before you've lost your customer's confidence.

I visited Dr. Holt twice. Each time I get the feeling I am being rushed and up-sold. The seem more concerned with making sure I spend more money than with me. On more than one occasion I was told that I needed to schedule follow up or cosmetic proceedures quickly because Dr. Holt was very busy. I got the feeling I was at a used car dealership ... you know "another couple was here looking at it". Too much of a body shop for my liking.

The experience itself was not bad, although Dr. Holt never actually made an appearance. At least 3 different hygienists paid me a vist.
The biggest problem came afterwards when Dr. Holt's staff misrepresented themselves to my insurance company, and then dragged out the refund process over more than two months. I would not deal with any organization that does business this way.

Dr. Holt and his staff are great. They are all friendly and make me feel at ease. Dr. Holt put my braces on and his staff worked with me to help with a payment plan. If I ever had a question or concern there is always some one to talk to. I would and do recommend him.
