Dr Gerald Berg performed procedures that were covered by my insurance and did not notify me that the service was covered. After researching my coverage, Dr Berg had overbilled $400 for services covered under my Aetna insurance. I filed a complaint with Aetna who confirmed the service is under my insurance plan and Aetna sent a formal notice to Dr. Berg; however, Dr. Berg is refusing to provide me a refund. I do not recommend Dr. Berg at all.

We went to Dr. Berg for many years and in the beginning his office and receiption were great. After his office manager retired all the dental hygene staff were terrible. I would Never recommend anyone go here at all.
About Hygienist: They are terrible. They were do a half job at cleaning me and my familes teeth. They would insiste that our mouths be opened so wide that they split my husband mouth and we came out of the dental floss cleaning like out mouth had been cleaned by a chain saw

Quick x rays - quick cleaning with state of the art equipment and check up with Dr Berg. 6 month Follow up with a post card.
Haven't ever been to a better dentist. He is respectful and gentle and listens to my questions.
Dental appointments are made to your schedule.
Free toothbrush and great teeth. This dentist is awesome.
About Hygienist: Love the hygenists.. they are gentle and good.

i am impressed with his up to date knowledge and facilities , He is very caring, compassionate and gentle. he has a great way with his patients, is great at what he does and is extremely efficient. i really would not ever go anywhere else. he is great.
lso knows his insurance and will help you with a long term treatment plan. facilities are meticulous.

He is the best dentist in the valley. Very painless, fast procedures, friendly staff. The price was just right, he takes almost every insurance. Great chairside manner from Dr. Berg and his staff. Pleasant receptionist. My whole experiance was wonderful

I went in to Dr. Bergs office to get my veneers done, I was very nervous and apprehensive about the whole procedure, from the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was part of a family; they made me feel very comfortable. On the first visit the assistant educated me 100% on the prodcedure I was having done therefore I was alot more confident and relaxed when I came back for the treatment. When I was given the shot I didn't even feel it, Dr. Berg did it with such ease it was amazing! I feel like it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office and now I have a beautiful "Hollywood" smile.

The service I recieved was very poor. I have been in a court battle over it for 4 years.
