About 10 minutes into the appointment he interrupted to say his staff was "talking to him in his ear" He was wearing a two way radio. It had to be the least professional thing I ever saw. The reason he acted like he was not listing to me was because he was listening to someone else on an earpiece. If my attorney, accountant or engineer pulled a stunt like that during a meeting I would fire them on the spot. He said he had other people to see and to email him if I had any other questions. As he was leaving I said I did not think our goals well aligned. His response was "You need me a lot more than I need you"
About Hygienist: His staff was pretty nice..

Incredible service and friendly staff. Your appointment will start right on time and the staff, including the receptionists, are very friendly and professional.

Implant work went smoothly, without a hitch. Very professional, personable and courteous. I have been a patient of Dr. McMillan's for over 10 years, and he has always maintained the highest of standards. Only down side is that he is not a member of the AETNA insurance program, and his costs are typically above the UCR costs that the insurance will cover, so there is almost always some out of pocket expense. it has been worth it to get high quality treatment.

I had a cleaning and examine. I felt rushed. I recieved a "Treatment Plan" that stated I needed $10,000 worth of work done. Everything in my mouth was bad and needed to be redone. I felt very overwhelmed and left in tears.

Dr. Mc Millan has excellent overal service. Of all of the dentists that I have had in my lifetime(37 years), Doc has been the best one. Over the years, Dr. Mc Millan has really ensured that my teeth have remained healthy. His chair-side manners are excellent. Dr. Mc Millan's friendly personality helps to put his customers at east. I have never had a problem with any of the procedures that I have had done. Excellent cleaning service! Dr. Mc Millan's hygienists clean my teeth better than any other hygienists.
The entire staff is very friendly. My entire family uses Dr. Mc Millan, and I have recommended him to many others.

I have been a patient for the last 6 years (recently switched to new dentist Sept. 2005). My root canal with Dr. McMillan which I had 1 1/2 years ago needs to be re-done because he didn't get all of the canals...I still suffer great pain. When telling him that the tooth kept hurting, he said that was normal. Unfortanately an endodentist said he missed a canal.
I also had a crown re-done by his partner. This also needs to be re-done...With a root canal and another crown!
I also got a mouth guard with Dr. McMillan and was having problems with my bite. My new dentist said that it had never been adjusted. After 45 minutes of shaving it down to fit my bite properly, it was perfect. For the amount of money I spent, it should have been done right!
The office girls are wonderful! Very professional. The office itself is very clean and fresh with excellent equipment, and the dental hygenists are wonderful. I wish I had better luck with the actual dentistry.
