Winnie is Dr. Ho's wife and also receptionist. I can speak mandarin and cantonese but They don't know
I can speak cantonese. I overheard the
conversation between Dr. Ho and Winnie in cantonese. Winnie told Dr. Ho not to fix my problems during one
visit, otherwise how can they make more money. More visits by patients, the more money Dr. Ho can make.
Both couples don't have morality and make money is
prime goal for them.

I have been Dr Ho's patient for over 2 years and recently i went over to his office to get cosmetic bonding to fix my front tooth. From what i can tell, Dr. Ho is a perfectionist. He took over a hour to complete this one tooth, which looks completely natural and way above my expectation; not to mention the outstanding service i received while i was there as well as the two years i have been a patient.

I was recommended to Dr. Ho by a friend who has been his patient for years. I was disappointed by his service. He skipped two steps when he cleaned my teeth. I also asked to have a partial denture and they never replied to me.

I starting going to see Dr. Ho on the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend, & I wasn't disappointed. He provides thorough, personal care, often acting as hygienist himself, & for a v. reasonable cost. He, his wife, & his assistant are always polite and friendly. He's also v. good about explaining what he's doing, answering questions fully & discussing various alternatives, including doing nothing--he doesn't drum up business for business' sake. Dr. Ho also spaces his appointments out so I never feel rushed.
My dental situation is simple and Aetna covers most, so I can't speak to price much. Early on, I did have to pay--$350 for my 1st night guard, v. reasonable. I have some exposed nerves so there is occasional pain with some procedures, but Dr. Ho is always v. concerned to avoid it and uses anesthesia when appropriate.
BTW, while I gave his office 5 stars, it's not "like a spa"--it's a simple, modest, clean, pleasant environment perfectly suited to Dr. Ho. The waiting room is small, but needn't be bigger because you never wait long for your appointment. I should add that though Dr. Ho has a definite Chinese accent, he studied in the US & speaks clear idiomatic English. In sum, I'm always happy to recommend Dr. Ho.

Dr. Ho is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. He speaks Cantonese, which is very good for those patients speak very little English.

Superb dentist.....best I have ever seen.
Reasonable fees, goes out of his way to do proedures as gentle and painless as possible, always courteous, and his wife and staff is excellent with appontments.
He is the ideal role model for the ADA.

I went in for an annual cleaning. He was a great dentist- very polite and most importantly, no pain!

Dr. Ho & staff were very informative during my first dental visit (check-up). He was able to detect a few problem areas that my previous dentists had never even mentioned. I had no problems setting up a follow up appointment & was able to be treated within a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. Ho was kind enough to see a new patient (my 85 yr. old mother) at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon because of the pain (emergency). Mom awakened Saturday morning with a swollen jaw and pain in her front tooth. Dr. Ho was gentle, professional, and identified the problem at the root of her tooth. He prescribed penicillin for 10 days and will treat her tooth after the infection is gone. I'm happy my friend recommended him. We now have a new dentist and are looking forward to being treated by him for many years to come!
