I had a few crowns don by that dentist and after about 2,3 years I started having terrible pain in two of them. I came back and called many times to complain for my pain and asking him to fix it. He just kept dismissing me. After a year and a half of pain I consulted 3 different dentists and they all said the same. My crown has been put on a tooth withour root canal .....so now I need to have everything re done and pay out of my own packet for the crown again! I need to have root canal. All the teeth that he's done are going have to be fix!!!! How am I going to pay for that all over again? I don't know!!!!

Dr. Song explained all procedures to me and was extremely gentle with some of the more difficult procedures, e.g., root canal, veneers, etc. I would recommend his services, and compliment the friendly and helpful staff.

It seems more like a business than a dentist office.
Although the expenses was explained but he gave some surity on the procedure... which was never kept ??
