General cleaning, cap replacement, etc. Makes my trip to the Dentist enjoyable, and pleasant. Dr. Dean is a very caring dentist. His staff also follows his excellent customer service approach. Makes you laugh and always tells you the truth. Looks after you needs and makes sure you are comfortable and okay. Nice feeling when you leave his office knowing you won't have any after affects and that they care about the patient.
About Front Desk: Very sweet and pleasent. Always greets you with a smile and will assist you and in any way she can. Like her very much.

Dr Dean Phass is the great. He's the best at what he does and he is gives it to you straight up! He's not a rip off like so many other doctors/dentists. I know that whatever I need taken care of, it will be done correctly and in a honest and professional manner. The staff is great! Very pleasant and courteous. You just don't see this sort of thing anymore. I consider myself lucky to have found this office. You won't regret it if you give him a try. I had an extraction, cleaning and fillings. I have more work to be done because my teeth were in really rough shape before I got there but I totally trust Dr Phass.

Regular teeth cleaning, crown and refill cavities. Chair side manner is excellent from dentist and all hospital staff; always friendly and caring. Very Highly recommend Dr. Phass and Dr. Shannon. Gentle and highest level of training, experience and knowledge. Prices reasonable.

Dr.Dean Phass has been my dentist for the past 9 years, and I have nothing but praises for him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, personable, makes you feel at home. I knew that I was in good hands with Dr.Phass. He is very reasonable with his prices, never tries to recommend a treatment that you don't need.
Everyone in their office is friendly, particularly Lauren, who has been with their practice from the time I started going to them.
If you're in Northern Virginia, or really anywhere in the DC area, I strongly recommend Dr. Phass.

I've been with Dr. Dean since 1989 and I have never had a problem with his work, I would recommend him to anyone... Friendly, laid back, will work with you for payment arrangements and special appointments, also a very nice guy.

Very pleased with the results. Dr. Phass has an engaging personality, is skilled at his profession, and provides sensible advice. His technique is a little rough, but this may be needed for a good cleaning and general gum health.
