Dr. Chung and his staff was great which is why I was a patient for the past 9 years. All until today. I have a filling that was installed 14 months ago and felt wrong from the beginning. well the filling broke loose last week and the best the admin could tell me was that the filling was installed over a year ago so it's now in area of responsibility to eat the cost for another filling. So fillings only last a year now? I am unable to speak directly to the person who handles billing and was told that I should (doubt it) that I would receive a call within 3 hrs? Uhm. My mouth feels like crap. If you can't provide better customer service then I'll take my services elsewhere. Thanks as I now have to re-pay for a filling that defective and installed where it tongue would get cut anytime my tongue would grace the filling on the bottom far side of the back of my mouth. Thanks so much (sarcasm).

I have had 2 root canals done painlessly. and beautifully. I don't even need medication for anxiety.

I would not go to this dentist at all..... The office staff is very nice and so are the assistant but Dr. Chung himself give you hardly anytime at all.......no explainations no nothing.....
About Hygienist: Rude, know it all, down right nasty should not be around children......never ever will she be near my child again.

I went to have two fillings due to cavities and Dr. Solomon Lee did the filling...i went in without any pain cuz i didn't even know i had any cavities and came out with extreme pain in one of the teeth he filled. I had pain for 7 months...i went back to him to see if maybe the problem was the white filling and my tooth wouldn't numb, he was an extreme a-hole...when i told him i was in pain still and that it was not numb he got up pissed off and walked away then came back like 10 min later and told me i was done...haha never again going there! Decided to go to Dr. Levy...amazing dentist!!!!!! Had to end up getting a root canal cuz Lee basically touched my nerve when he went to fill the tooth. Levy made it all better though!

I was a patient of his father's, now his son is the dentist. I found the staff very helpful and professional. My tooth extraction and filling were painless! The co-pay was fair and they billed both of my insurance. I have recommended him to family and friends who are satisfied with his cost and care.

Went in for a routine filing that was the size of a needle tip and came out the first time with my eye numb! Yeah My eye. After the numbing wore off the pain started. Sensative to cold and heat, chewing you name it. Should have know better when the filing took almost 3 hrs! Had to go back a second time for same filing in which now had to be removed and re-done. This one took almost 3rs again and this time I was moaning in pain during, and left the office in tears! Had to go back a third time to be told they'd liek to remove the filing once again and this time put more medication in! Yeah right who are they kidding!

Dr. Chung and his staff were very difficult to understand. (very broken English) The waiting area was small, old and dirty. I waited about 20 min. to get in. I was there for a severe toothache. He did an x-ray and said he could not see anything wrong. He sent me home with no further advice. I went to a different dentist for a 2nd opinion. They also did an x-ray, and said I definitely had root inflammation and needed a root canal. After the root canal, I had no more pain. I suffered in pain many days because Dr. Chung did not properly diagnose me in the first place.

I was very anxious about going to this dentist because I have always gone to the same dentist in my hometown since I was a child. The receptionist was very short with me on the phone. I waited longer than usual and there was a mix up with my insurance. The hygenist was nice and I feel she did a good job, but the dentist, Dr. Chung, was very abrupt and did not take long to tell me I had a cavity. However, he hardly did anything before telling me this! He was not very friendly either. I felt that since I was a new patient, he should have been more friendly. I would not recommend this office to anyone and I would be afraid to get more advanced procedures done here.
