I've never had a cavity prior to seeing Dr. Conn. This dentist told me I had cavities at every visit. The last time I went I didn't let him fix it. It's been 12 years and my teeth are fine. No cavities since. The worst part is he put a silver filling in the front of my tooth! If I could sue him, I would.

He did good work but i felt very uncomfortable with all the sex talk. I left him because I wanted someone more professional. He actually told me that he wanted me to come back after hours and fool around. Not my ideal of what a married man should be doing.
About Hygienist: When I commented on his behavour to one of the hygienist, she rolled her eyes and said I'm supprised no one has filled sexual harassement against him. obivously I'm not the first one he has done this too.

I sought a dentist's professional opinion on fixing my crooked teeth. I was told that the product Invisiline was what I should try because since I was older it was less obtrusive and a better product for adults. I purchased the Invisiline braces for a total cost of $3000.00. I was told that after this process of wearing these 10 trays my teeth would slowly become straighter over time and by my last tray I would have straight teeth. Over the last year I have worn the trays and gone in regularly for check-ups. I was told over-and-over its the next tray when your teeth will start to move. After wearing all 10 trays my teeth are not any straighter. When asking the dentist (Dr. Chapman) what is the next step I was told I have exhausted the 10 trays and "Well it just didn't work for you...maybe you should see an orthodontist." When I asked for a refund on the Invisiline Braces I was repeatedly told no. I asked multiple times for the owner Dr. Katz to call me and he refuses to give me a return call. I feel like I was misled into buying something that doesn't work for me. $3000 is a lot of money to have zero results. Like a lot of people I want straight teeth and I thought this was the answer.
About Hygienist: Dr. Chapman & Dr. Katz are difficult to get ahold of and do not return phone calls.

A good old fashioned dentist with no frills. Great prices and never pushy. They always let you decide what you want and need done.
About Hygienist: Hygenists are always friendly and make the session seem to fly by.

Dr. Conn is an excellent dentist. His staff is very kind and professional. I was always able to have an appointment for my son and myself at the same time so no making arrangements with work to take time off for two dentist appointments.
I have moved out of Virginia and I miss going to his office. I hope that I can find a great dentist like Dr. Conn.

Dr Conn is a fantastic dentist. Unfortunately he sold the practice to Warwick Dental and he no longer sees patients. The dentists who replaced him will find every reason to add more fillings every time you come. They are rude (one would not speak to me, only to the hygienist and never explained anything, the other actually yelled at me as if I was hard of hearing when I questioned the 7 unnecessary fillings she wanted me to get). I paid for teeth whitening and they gave me someone else's molds, then they lost mine a second time, and finally got it right when Dr Conn's assistant took over.
We have been so disappointed because we do not want to change dentists. But after me, my husband and my 20 year old son had similar experiences, we will not return there. One or two mistakes or an occasional bad day for a dentist I can understand, but repeated rude service and canceled appointments (canceled by the office, not me) can not tolerate.

He's the best. Also, Dr. Ricky Rubin works there and he's tops too. They are friendly, cheap, caring, do all of the insurance work and are truly concerened. In an emergency, they are there for the patient!!!

Dr.Conn has a clean facility and also has a friendly staff. He has put fillings in at least 2 of my teeth and I havent had any problems.My insurance covers all of my expenses and I've never had any problems with billings.The wait time to see the nurse or Dr.Conn is very short usually within 20 minutes.

Great dentist. Dr. Conn is very friendly and does good work. His mannerisms definitely put you at ease in the chair. Regular appointments need to be scheduled a bit in advance but he's very good about working you into the schedule if it's necessary. For example, I had a chipped filling (put in by another dentist) and he offered to take it out and replace it on the spot. I didn't have extra time that morning so I was worked into the schedule the next day.
His staff is pretty good as well. The hygienists are fast, efficient, & good-natured. The office staff is very friendly and I've never had any appointment or billing problems.
