I have been extremely blessed to have been a client of Dr. Freeman for over a decade; his professionalism is above compare; I credit him for sharing facts and information that have allowed me to keep my aging teeth in my mouth. His calm demeanor, precise expertise, and good humour all contribute to what is a pleasant experience. Yes. most people would rather visit the IRS than their dentist...I have never had a qualm under his care. If you are in need of excellence + professionalism, then you would do well to choose Dr. Freeman.
About Front Desk: Ms. S. is a dream; all paperwork is completed and , if necessary, mailed bills are sent out promptly. I adore her!

About Hygienist: Mrs. M is extremely gentle, thoroughly professional, and my aged teeth sparkled when I left her ministrations. Again, she and Dr. Freeman provide the care and expertise one asks for when choosing a dental specialist/hygienist.

Very thorough and highly informative. The best dentist I have seen in VA.
About Hygienist: She is very attentive to detail. Always has a smile and is very friendly. Most information I have ever recieve from a Hygienist on how to better my routine.

Dr. Freeman has been our dentist for at least ten years. He moved to a new facility a few years ago which is modern, clean and cheerful. The hygienists are very thorough. Mostly we get preventive care, which is a sign that they do a good job. I do not konw how the cost compare to other dentists.

He has conflicting viewpoints about dental 'repairs' than my previous dentist in Raleigh, NC, whom I prefer over Freeman. I still go to Freeman, however. He rejects BCBS insurance thus making him more expensive for myself, but as I said... I still go. The whole crew is friendly and the hygenist is thorough. Recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Freeman for years. His service has deteriorated over the years, and his billing procedures have had several mistakes where I have been double billed.

Very nice dentist. Been going to him for years and hope to continue. Very good with children and easy to work with.
