Dr. Klochak is an outstanding professional. He is facilitating my dentist care on multiple levels. Prevention and cosmetic are accomplished at the present time. I believe pain management is highly effective. Cost is ok. Facilities are on par. Insurance coordination is excellent. Chair-side manners are more than adequate. Office staff mostly rocks.
Dr. Klochak is highly recommended. He is easy to work with. He listens to patients. The entire staff is responsible and responsive to the needs of all customers. Beyond my care, others seem to also enjoy the experience at this location in Newport News.
My invisalign treatment seems to be on schedule. There are few concerns with present course. As a patient of this procedure I should have been more inquisitive, but when you trust your dentist it is seems appropriate to not ask too many questions.
Conclusion, Dr. Klochak is excellent, office staff, hygienist, and other support are above average. We are under a dental plan, and it seems Dr. Klochak treats us just as fairly as those on dental insurance. Maybe they pay more or we pay more, but it seems like all are treated well either way.

About Hygienist: I have seen a couple of the hygienist at this location with Dr. Klochak. The experience is value add. Communication is good. Outcomes are acceptable. Expectations are meet.

i was on the hunt for a new dentist and i found him..i felt no pain at all with my two cavities and hes very nice as well i felt really comfortable these were my first cavities so i was kinda scared but he reassured me and even suggested gas (since i was afraid of needles) but decided to not go with the gas...
overall my experience was pleasant but be sure to be on time..! :)
he didnt say anything but i could tell he doesnt like for his patients to be 15 minutes late lol

Not the most beautiful work as far as asthetics... but I can tell you that it's the sturdiest dental work I've ever had done. I honestly think it will last me the rest of my life. Dr. K is very smart and personable, and he knows what he's doing. He worked fast and the prices were reasonable for those of us without insurance.
