Dr. Sagman and his team have done outstanding work for over 25 years with my denistry. Even though I have moved away from the Newport News area I return twice a year for checkups because of the work and level of comfort with the entire team. He has had minimal turnover in his staff and that tells me the there is a commitment all the way around.
Dr. Sagman does excellent work and stands by it. He is a student of his occupation and takes the time regardless of the pace of the day to explain things and answer questions.
About Front Desk: This team is on the ball. The handle all of the insurance and reminder callsand emails to make sure that I do not forget. When I have called to reschedule they work hard to find another day where another patient will swap times so I am not inconvienced or delayed ion treatment.

About Hygienist: Very thorough work and makes me feel comfortable in the chair. Looks for ways to adjust appointments to meet my schedule. Has been with Dr Sagmann for what seems to be 10+ years. Knows how to identify potential issues and seek guidance from Dr> Sagmann. Great attitudd

After 16 years I've had several crowns and the usual range of dental procedures - dealing with chipped teeth, preventiev work, and cosmetic work as well. Dr. Sagman is extremely conscientious about what he does. Simply, he does excellent work. His staff is more like family in that most have been with him a very long time. This makes for a great working relationship for the office.
A dentist who checks up on you after a major procedure says he's truly concerned about his patients. My wife and I highly recommend him.

Since I have had previous dental work done by other dentist, I was anxious about getting any dental work done. Dr. Sagman and his staff made me feel so comfortable. The procedure I thought would be very painful this was not the case at all. I was very comfortable and the procedure was painless. He ensures that his dental work is perfect. I can truly testify to this fact, because I have a beautiful new smile and have received many compliments.
His staff makes you feel as though they have known you all your life. They take care of you and assist with filling insurance claims and NEVER have an attitude about helping you with the financial side.
I would recommend Dr. Sagman to anyone that feel anxious about going to the dentist. As far as I am concerned he is the BEST dentist in Hampton Roads.

Excellent on all accounts.
He did front veneers and the results were phenomenol.
