unprofessional treatment by doctors and some staff, dentures were oversized big time even when they were redone..bad personal treatment by the dentists both dentist .and hygienists..both hygienists..one office mgr.bad treatment the other office mgr.treated me well..I went as an offer by the dentist to fix my teeth upper and lowers as partial payment for care giving for Williams mother, however.he renigged shortly after doing the upper and lower impressions with no explanation given and didn't even fit the lower bridge after making the impressions..the other partner dentist James gave threatening glances at me at each and every appointment and had his office lobby filled with a couple of people sitting in inappropriate positions in front of my wife and I and watched us to see if we stared at them in any inapropriate manner, don't know why other than they seem to be more of an investigation company than they are a dentist..I only rated this so it would summit the review..my impression them are very low..this is what we got for care giving for Williams mom..harrassmest !.by some of the staff as well as him and his partner James .thanks a lot.! for nothing, at all.
About Front Desk: only Judy was very nice and non judgemental..the other office mgr.was hateful and disrespectful and assisted in the horrible treatment we got..my dentures are still oversized and now I can't get them fixed.thanks a lot ! for nothing.
