A Dr. Ludgren from this office (Dr. Shepherd wasn't available) got over-zealous in packing amalgam into a filling. The tooth hurt for months afterward. Went to see Dr. Shepherd about the issue and my concerns where generally ignored. It was the only reason I was there and I was treated like a dental hypochondriac. About a month after the visit the tooth painfully shattered. I asked about getting a discount or some kind of consideration as it should have been prevented: the office said it was my fault for having eaten.

Dr. Shepard maintains state of the art equipment and services. He taylor's his services to you and remembers you, not just your teeth. He provides advice to maintain and improve your teeth and gums.
Barbara, the hygenist, is absolutely amazing! I've never had better gums and I've been cavity free for years for the first time.

I've nothing but good things to say about Dr. Shepard and his staff. Dr. Shepard is great at dealing with nervous patients (like me) and I've been really pleased with the fillings, crowns and dental veneers that he's done. They look great and have stood the test of time. His hygenists are really good too. I started going to his practice shortly after it opened in 1984 and have stayed with him ever since.

I've been his patient for about 20 years, and have had to deal with root canals and crowns resulting from a childhood injury. He's the best, and always makes sure my crowns look perfect. I highly recommend him. And his front dest staff has been with him longer than I've been with him - they are fantastic. And the hygienists are also fabulous. I love his whole office! And that says a lot coming from a person who had childhood dental tramas and still has innate fear, although I know I'm well taken care of at Dr Shepard's office.
He may be a little more expensive, but he's totally worth it!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Bradley Shepard for 10 years. There is no better dentist for state-of-the-art dental care and improvements. His front office staff have been with him for a long time and they have expert knowledge on insurance submissions as well as a friendly smile for everyone. His dental hygienists are thorough and always have our comfort in mind. It is obvious Dr. Shepard loves his work and wants you to be satisfied. We always are satisfied. We have high standards. Dr. Shepard and his staff are the best you can get.

He is a warm, caring doctor and his hygienists are great. ("I haven't been flossing - sorry." "No need to apologize to me, honey. They're not my teeth!") I especially like the flower bouquets for referrals - i've got to find the name of his florist!

I've been going to Dr. Shepard and Victoria, his Dental Assistant, for almost 2 years now. I've always been very pleased with their service. They are very nice and very professional. Also, they take the time to actually explain what they are doing and why they are doing it and why you should take their advice between visits. Like most people, I've been going to various dentists all my life, but I don't think I actually ever really learned anything from my dentist before I started going to Dr. Shepard and Victoria. So not only do I have clean teeth, but I'm also a little smarter.

Brad has been my dentist for over 20 years and in that time he has successfully performed all types of dental procedures to my teeth, including root canal, bridges, crowns, and fillings. All of his work has been very successful, and done with minimal discomfort. His key staff has been there for over 15 years, and it is almost pleasurable to schedule your next appointment. I highly recommend Brad as a professional who also cares for the well-being of all of his patients.

Dr. Shepard and his staff are truly wonderful! When I tell people about Dr. Shepard and his office and staff, I often say it's like a "day spa." The people and the environment are all very charming. Everyone is so friendly and nice, and they really take the time to get to know you. I seriously could not imagine going to another dentist. Dr. Shepard has done everything on me from fillings to crowns. Each and procedure was a success. And, Dr. Shepard is the BEST at giving injections to numb you! He does it in a way that causes the least bit of discomfort! That's what got me hooked in the first place. Once you see Dr. Shepard, you won't think of going anywhere else!
